Looking Younger Without Surgery, Now It’s Possible in as Little as ONE Treatment!

klainerThe SmartSkin Fractional CO2 laser is revolutionary way to rejuvenate your skin. Now you can have younger looking skin in as little as one treatment. The treatment can be done in conjunction with Botox and/or fillers to take years off your appearance.

The laser can also treat a multitude of other skin concerns:

  • Uneven skin tone and texture
  • Brown spots
  • Large pores
  • Wrinkles
  • Acne and other facial scars
  • Keratosis
  • Crow’s feet
  • Aging hands
  • Neck and chest discoloration or wrinkles

How does the SmartSkin CO2 laser work?

A fractional carbon dioxide (CO2) laser works by splitting the laser’s light into tiny beams that penetrate the skin at a controlled depth. The targeted cells are vaporized by the heat and the surrounding tissue is heated. As the areas are healing the skin contracts and tightens; at the same time the areas that have been heated produce new, healthier collagen. Since SmartSkin is a fractional laser, recovery time is significantly less than a non-fractional laser.

How Does SmartSkin resurface and rejuvenate skin?

SmartSkin is a micro-ablative laser. It removes varying amounts of the top, outermost layer of the epidermis (skin). The dermis is simultaneously treated with heat from the laser and begins to remodel itself by stimulating the production of new collagen giving the skin a more youthful and healthy appearance, as well as volume.

How long are treatments?

Treatment take 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the area(s) treated. During the procedure medication is given to make the patient as comfortable as possible. Most areas can be treated just once to get significant results. After treatment, patients look as if they have deep sunburn. Downtime is usually 3-7 days.

When will I see results?

After recovery, you will notice significant improvements and results will continue to improve for as long as 6 months after the procedure as collagen growth and rejuvenation continues. The final results can last for years but do keep in mind that the aging process still happens so a good skin care regimen is recommended.
