A smart and savvy Business Leader with a heart for women’s leadership, Dorri C. Scott is the CEO of Ruby Red Press and Publisher of three Northern Virginia education publications including Loudoun WOMAN Magazine, Prince William County WOMAN and Arlington WOMAN.  The publications educate, empower, inspire and inform and collectively serve a readership of 80,000+ and growing.

A life learner, Dorri is an Adjunct Professor and can be found weekly in the classroom where she teaches Culture, Sociology, Marriage and the Family and Social Work.  She is also the Founder of the Women’s Institute for Leadership and Life Learning (WILLLL,) a collegiate based mentoring/leadership program she started with only five students, three years ago.  Today WILLL serves over 100 college-age women, ages 18 -80 annually.

The author of three books, numerous articles and contributing writer to several publications, Dorri is a sought after speaker, who uses storytelling and her infectious personality to inspire audiences to be one’s excellent best.

Active in the community and her church she serves on numerous boards, including the Women in Business Board at George Mason University. She is also a member of the Tower Club and proud Mother of two millennials.
