Summer BrewFest to be Held in Northern Virginia

One of the most awaited parts of summer is fun outdoor festivals, and this year’s 5th Annual Northern Virginia BrewFest is just around the corner.  The two-day festival, which will be taking place this weekend, is a celebration of American Beer.  With more than 60 of the best breweries participating, there is always plenty of variety available for beer enthusiasts to taste and enjoy. People who attend the annual festival can also learn more about their favorite brews, how they are made, and how you can make your own.

Of course, no beer festival would be complete without food to go along with it.   Local restaurants will also be participating and offering favorites such as barbecue and chicken wings to accompany the beer tastings.

In addition to food and drink, there will also be entertainment.  Local and regional bands will be playing on stage throughout the festival.  And, an arts and crafts section will also be an added facility for those who love to explore crafty exhibits.

BrewFest also has a Family Fun area just for kids, so parents can let their children play in a safe environment while they enjoy the main beer tastings of the event.

The 5th Annual Northern Virginia BrewFest in will be held on June 22nd and 23rd at the Vintage 50 Restaurant & Brew Lounge, Morven Park Equestrian, and Event Center. Tickets are available in advance for $20 per adult and $15 per designated driver. Tickets sold on the day of the event are $30 per adult and $20 per designated driver.
